Featuring the first Clark County Fair, held at Bagley Downs in east Vancouver. Horseracing and the Ferris wheel were the big attractions. . The fair first moved from Bagley Downs to Battle Ground and then to its present location on Interstate 5 at the 179th Street exit near Ridgefield, WA.
